JUST CE86 - Conscious Aging: Aging with Passion and Purpose
This introductory-level workshop weaves together a powerful set of practices including life review work, legacy work, setting intentions, reflective practices alone and in-group, four direction teachings, and holding council. All of these practices help you identify and clear out old beliefs, attitudes, behaviours and identifications that no longer serve you as you transition into a new chapter of life. They will open you to new clarity about your unique potential, calling and path in the elder third of your life. Participants can continue the work undertaken at this workshop through an ongoing Wisdom Circle.
Instructor Larry Gray holds a B.Sc., M.E.S., M.Ed. and is Faculty Emeritus, Yukon University. With a deep curiosity about Conscious Aging and extensive training in this field, Larry is a faculty member of the Centre for Conscious Eldering and is a certified trainer through Sag-ing International.
