Communication Skills for Transforming Conflict

Module 1. Foundations of Connected Communication

This module will benefit those working with a client, colleagues or teams in a government, NGO, or business.
This training provides the foundation for approaching conflicts from a solution based perspective, and for getting at the heart of the issues.

Participants will build awareness and skills to:

clearly see the essential needs behind people’s arguments and judgments (including their own)
use empathic listening to bridge the conflict gap
shift from their own judgments and blame towards more self-awareness and solutions
take greater responsibility for themselves, and respectfully ask the same of others.
