This 20-hour course provides the theory and skills necessary for those wishing to challenge the Yukon Government’s Motor Vehicles’ Class 1 Road Test. With classroom, simulator, in-yard and in-cab learning environments, students will learn the necessary skills to become safe and efficient commercial drivers. Skills include: off-road backing and coupling maneuvers, vehicle inspection and chain up skills, safe on-road on public roadways with instructors. Course Prerequisite: Class 3 License and Program advising is required to register.
